Head of Organization Development

About the role

Bybit, a leading global cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking a Head of Organization Development to shape its learning, culture and talent initiatives across its worldwide operations. Reporting to the People Head, the role will drive strategic programs that enhance employee performance and embed the “Bybit Way” culture.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement company‑wide learning strategies, including e‑learning paths, workshops and blended solutions aligned with business priorities.
• Lead the design and rollout of the global “Bybit Way” culture program, ensuring consistent behavioral adoption across regions.
• Oversee the full‑cycle new‑hire onboarding experience, creating scalable orientation programs for diverse employee groups.
• Develop and deliver leadership training to strengthen management capabilities and support performance management processes.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to organization development workflows for increased efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in organization development, learning & development, or talent management at a senior level.
• Track record of designing and executing culture‑building initiatives in a fast‑moving, global environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, collaborating with HR, IT, SSC and business teams.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical programs and measurable outcomes.
