Head of Paid Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Head of Paid Marketing to take full ownership of paid client acquisition for an eight‑figure men’s coaching company in Dubai. You will inherit a proven funnel, extensive data, and a small team, and be responsible for turning the current decline in ROAS around.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute paid‑media strategy, directing an external media‑buying partner and managing budget across Meta, Google/YouTube and Bing.
• Lead creative and messaging development, turning sales‑call insights into ad hooks, angles and VSL copy.
• Own compliance, account safety and multi‑account testing ladders, ensuring all ads and pages meet platform policies.
• Design and maintain conversion‑event architecture, pixel‑conditioning strategy and weekly funnel scorecards.
• Oversee full funnel CRO, from ads and opt‑ins through VSL, application and booking pages.
• Integrate paid‑media with email sequences and broadcasts, feeding winning concepts back into the ad pipeline.
• Build, mentor and expand the marketing team, setting standards, conducting performance reviews and hiring A‑players.
• Conduct competitor and market intelligence, translating findings into actionable campaign improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience running marketing for offers generating $1 M+ per month within the last 18 months.
• Deep high‑ticket call‑funnel expertise, optimizing to booked calls and sales rather than leads.
• Expertise in Meta media buying with a focus on creative‑as‑targeting and pixel conditioning.
• Track record of building and leading a marketing team of five or more.
• Experience in compliance‑sensitive verticals where account suspension is a risk.
• Strong copywriting ability for VSL and direct‑response messaging, or the skill to brief copywriters effectively.
