About the role
We are looking for a Head of Product Design to own how our products look, feel and work for customers. As the first dedicated design leader you will stay hands‑on while building the foundations of a design function that will grow around you, starting with a core customer platform and expanding across the entire product portfolio.
Required profile
- 8+ years of experience in Product Design / UX, including senior or lead‑level roles.
- Proven experience establishing, building or significantly evolving a design function.
- Strong hands‑on UX and UI design skills with a passion for creating high‑quality work.
- Experience building and maintaining design systems.
- Background designing complex B2B, enterprise or technical products.
- Solid user research and usability‑testing expertise.
- Comfortable collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers.
- Ability to bring structure and direction to ambiguous environments.
- Ambition to transition from a founding designer to a leader of a growing design team.
