Head of Product Marketing

About the role

The Head of Product Marketing will own the go‑to‑market strategy, positioning and messaging for Astra Tech’s product portfolio, including the Botim platform and related fintech and digital services. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this senior leader will translate product capabilities into compelling customer propositions that drive adoption, engagement and revenue across a user base of more than 150 million.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the go‑to‑market strategy for all products in the ecosystem.
• Lead end‑to‑end product launches, from planning through post‑launch optimisation.
• Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging for each offering.
• Maintain messaging consistency across markets and channels.
• Mentor and develop a team of Product Marketing Managers, setting standards for GTM excellence.
• Gather and analyse customer, market and competitive intelligence to inform strategy.
• Partner with Growth, Product, Brand and Integrated Marketing teams to drive adoption and lifecycle engagement.
• Measure and optimise the performance of product marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of product marketing experience in consumer technology, fintech or digital platforms.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale go‑to‑market strategies and product launches.
• Strong background in positioning, messaging and competitive intelligence.
• Experience building and leading product marketing teams.
• Data‑driven mindset with a focus on adoption, engagement and marketing effectiveness.
