Head of Production – Dubai

About the role

The Cobbler is seeking a senior operational leader to own and drive its high‑volume atelier production environment in Dubai. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Production will shape processes, optimise manpower and champion continuous improvement across the luxury shoe and bag preservation business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all atelier operations, including production planning, workflow management and resource allocation.
• Implement Lean and Kaizen initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Monitor and act on operational KPIs, ensuring disciplined performance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to align production with business objectives.
• Develop autonomous, high‑performing teams through coaching and structured systems.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of experience in production, operations, supply chain, manufacturing or logistics.
• Proven track record managing large teams and fluctuating volumes.
• Analytical, structured leader capable of building systems and driving improvement.
• Resilient and proactive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on knowledge of Lean principles and Kaizen methodology.
• Experience with operational KPIs and continuous‑improvement frameworks.
