Head of Sales

About the role

The Head of Sales reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for leading the commercial growth strategy across SIXT Rent A Car, the Leasing vertical, SIXT Limo and Corporate Sales. The role has full accountability for driving profitable revenue growth across all mobility products and sales channels in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall commercial strategy for rental, leasing, limo, corporate and related mobility businesses.
• Drive profitable revenue growth, market‑share expansion and long‑term commercial planning.
• Identify new revenue streams, mobility products and strategic partnerships.
• Lead all B2B and B2G sales activities, building relationships with corporate customers, government entities and strategic partners.
• Lead corporate sales and grow the leasing portfolio across all customer segments.
• Oversee Gargash Corporate Sales activities for passenger vehicle and fleet sales, working closely with OEM partners.
• Own revenue, profitability and market‑share targets across all business units.
• Lead forecasting, pipeline management and KPI monitoring.

Required profile

• Significant experience within the mobility or automotive industry.
• Current residency in the United Arab Emirates.
• Proven track record of leading sales teams of 20+ employees.
• Demonstrated ability to define and execute commercial strategies.
• Strong business development and B2B/B2G sales experience.
