Head of Sales – Wealth Management

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to lead our wealth management sales strategy across the UAE. You will drive AUM growth, revenue, and client acquisition while building strong relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals and institutional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the UAE sales strategy to achieve AUM, revenue, and client acquisition targets.
• Build and manage relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, family offices, private banks, wealth managers, and distribution partners.
• Drive sales of wealth products including PMS, AIFs, mutual funds, fixed income, structured products, and other investment solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing sales team.
• Establish strategic distribution channels and partnerships across the UAE.
• Own sales targets, pipeline management, conversion rates, and overall business performance.
• Collaborate closely with investment, product, and senior management teams to fuel growth.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in wealth management, asset management, private banking, or investment distribution.
• Proven track record of AUM mobilisation and management.
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing a sales team.
• Strong network among HNI/UHNI clients, family offices, and wealth‑investment channels in the UAE.
• Mandatory experience within an asset management company.
