Head - Service Partnership Integration

About the role

Dubai Airports is seeking a senior leader to head the Service Partnership Integration function. The role oversees the coordination of service partners, government liaison, and collaborative projects to ensure seamless airport operations across both Dubai International (DXB) and Dubai World Central (DWC) terminals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AOCC service partner relationships, government liaison, and customer engagement through effective agreements and stakeholder coordination.
• Build AOCC capability by directing training, onboarding, process integration, system adoption, and change enablement.
• Manage operational risk and resilience, maintain business continuity plans, and align service partner readiness across DXB and DWC.
• Oversee AOCC systems, data integrity, technology coordination, billing accuracy, and asset management to ensure reliable, compliant operations.
• Lead end‑to‑end airport operations on shift, handling daily delivery, disruptions, incidents, and emergency responses with all service partners.
• Manage AOCC facilities, engineering coordination, readiness, resilience, and security compliance for primary and backup environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in airport operations, systems, and stakeholder management.
• Proven experience with airline processes, data handling, and service partner coordination.

Required skills

• AODB (Airport Operational Database) proficiency.
• Experience with fixed resource management systems.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
