Head Waiter / Head Waitress

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, self‑motivated Food & Beverage professional to lead our service team and deliver top‑quality dining experiences. As Head Waiter/Head Waitress you will ensure every guest enjoys a memorable visit through personalized, prompt service.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Kitchen, Stewarding and Outlet Cashiers to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular training sessions for the assigned team in line with departmental SOPs.
• Monitor duty schedules and ensure proper appearance and grooming of staff.
• Oversee timely set‑up of the outlet according to meal settings and opening hours.
• Welcome arriving guests, manage seating through the hostess, and step in when needed.
• Maintain professional, friendly relationships with patrons and stay familiar with the menu, promotions and hotel policies.
• Contribute to achieving and maximizing the monthly revenue budget for the outlet.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Maximum of two years’ experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Well‑presented, groomed, outgoing and customer‑focused.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
