Head Waiter/Head Waitress (Russian Speaker) – Room Service

About the role

One&Only Resorts is seeking a dynamic Head Waiter or Head Waitress who speaks Russian to lead the room‑service team at One&Only The Palm in Dubai. The role combines leadership of service staff with direct interaction with high‑profile guests, ensuring every dining experience reflects the resort’s standards of joy, creativity and precision.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager in maintaining resort service standards.
• Lead, supervise and motivate service staff, delegating tasks and ensuring flawless execution.
• Prepare and oversee mise‑en‑place, ensuring all food and beverage requests are delivered within resort time parameters.
• Maintain impeccable design and layout of restaurant and bar areas, reflecting the resort’s image.
• Report equipment issues, participate in team events and training, and uphold hygiene and sustainability standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1‑2 years experience in an upscale 5‑star hotel or resort environment.
• Strong food & beverage knowledge and ability to build relationships with high‑profile, diverse clientele.
• Excellent English communication; Russian language proficiency is essential.
• Professional attitude, strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
