Health Applications Sales Representative

About the role

Oracle Health is seeking a seasoned Health Applications Sales Representative to join its International Sales team. You will work at the intersection of healthcare and technology, helping large healthcare organisations adopt Oracle’s digital health solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and strategic account plans that drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Lead enterprise sales engagements from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and close.
• Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders such as CEOs, CIOs, CFOs, CMIOs, and government decision‑makers.
• Respond to tenders, RFPs, procurement activities and conduct executive workshops.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast while consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 12 years of related experience, including 9 years of sales experience in enterprise software, cloud or healthcare technology.
• Proven track record managing multi‑million‑dollar sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Pre‑existing strategic relationships with key health stakeholders.

• Oracle knowledge and familiarity with Oracle’s competitors.
• Oracle Health HER knowledge or experience.
