Healthcare Business Development Consultant

About the role

NeuroActive Health Hub is seeking a well‑connected healthcare professional to join us on a part‑time freelance basis. The role focuses on leveraging existing relationships within the UAE’s healthcare, education, therapy and community sectors to generate referral and partnership opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage pediatricians, medical specialists, hospitals, clinics and allied health providers to create referral pathways.
• Build relationships with schools, nurseries, special‑education centres and therapy service providers for collaborative initiatives.
• Arrange introductions, meetings and presentations with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
• Generate qualified referral leads and track measurable outcomes such as meetings, referrals and new partnerships.
• Maintain and strengthen existing referral relationships while continuously scouting new business development opportunities.
• Provide regular updates to NAHH management on outreach activities, partnership status and business generated.

Required profile

• Established network within the UAE healthcare, education or community sectors.
• Proven track record of securing healthcare referrals or strategic partnerships.
• Comfortable approaching senior decision‑makers and conducting professional presentations.
• Self‑driven, independent and able to work without direct supervision.
• Demonstrable results from previous business development or consulting engagements.
