About the role
The Heart of House Specialist supports essential hotel operations by maintaining cleanliness across multiple departments such as kitchen, food & beverage, and laundry at the Al Forsan International Sports Resort.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize kitchen, dining, and laundry areas according to hotel standards.
- Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, hand‑wash stations, linen washers and dryers.
- Transport dishware, utensils and linens throughout the property.
- Follow safety procedures, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and uphold uniform and appearance standards.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- No formal education or prior experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist and lift repeatedly during shifts.
- Commitment to a safe workplace, quality standards and professional conduct.
Required skills
- Dishwashing machine operation
- Linen washer and dryer operation
- General cleaning equipment maintenance
