About the role
The Heavy Duty Driver is responsible for operating a variety of company‑owned light and heavy vehicles, including buses, trucks and loaders, to transport equipment, machinery and personnel across ADNOC sites. The role requires strict adherence to safety policies, vehicle maintenance standards and local traffic regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Operate buses, heavy trucks, loaders and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, secure and unload materials following hand signals and verbal instructions, ensuring balanced loads before travel.
- Transport passengers on employee buses, maintaining safety and vehicle care.
- Inspect vehicles daily, report any damage or malfunction, and coordinate scheduled maintenance.
- Comply with all HSE policies, obtain work permits for restricted areas, and participate in emergency response duties.
Required profile
- Completion of Primary Education.
- Minimum 4 years of experience operating heavy‑duty vehicles.
- Valid UAE heavy‑duty driving licence.
