Helper

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Helper to support our construction and marine‑related projects in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves assisting skilled tradespeople, preparing tools and materials, and maintaining a safe and organised work environment on site.

Key responsibilities

• Set up tools, equipment and materials at various work sites.
• Assist carpenters, fitters, masons and other trades as required.
• Operate hand tools, power tools and basic machinery safely.
• Support the storekeeper in organising material stock.
• Clean and organise tools, equipment and work areas after each shift.
• Work in diverse environments, including near shorelines and confined spaces.
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of construction or marine‑related experience in the UAE (overall 5 years in a similar field).
• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labour.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to follow them.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good organisational skills and collaborative mindset.
