Home Care Physical Therapist

About the role

TEBABAH HOME HEALTH CARE is seeking a full‑time Home Care Physical Therapist to deliver personalized therapy services in patients' homes. The role focuses on improving mobility, strength and independence while ensuring safety and comfort for each client.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑home functional assessments and develop individualized rehabilitation plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual techniques and assistive‑device training.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe movement practices.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other team members to coordinate care.
• Monitor progress, update care plans and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Promote patient safety, dignity and overall well‑being throughout the care episode.

Required profile

• Valid degree in Physical Therapy and licensure/registration required in the UAE.
• Strong foundation in musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation.
• Previous experience in home health care or community‑based rehabilitation is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and communicate clearly with patients and families.
