About the role

Aldar Education is seeking enthusiastic Homeroom Teachers to join Alrayana Charter School in Abu Dhabi, starting August 2026. You will deliver inclusive, high‑quality lessons that inspire every child to achieve their best.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that meet curriculum requirements and cater to a wide ability range.
• Assess and record student progress using the Target Tracker system and provide constructive feedback to parents.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, curriculum support staff, and external professionals such as speech‑language therapists.
• Maintain a positive classroom environment, manage behaviour in line with school policy, and create displays that encourage learning.
• Participate in parent‑teacher conferences and contribute to school‑wide initiatives.
