HORECA Sales Executive

About the role

Al Safadi Hospitality is looking for a proactive HORECA Sales Executive to grow B2B relationships for its Central Kitchen product range. You will work closely with culinary and production teams to match client needs and drive revenue across institutional and food‑service accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and secure new B2B accounts in the hospitality sector.
• Manage and expand existing accounts, ensuring consistent order volume and high client satisfaction.
• Present and pitch the Central Kitchen’s product portfolio, including new launches, to prospects and current clients.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and supply terms in line with company policies and profitability targets.
• Coordinate with the production team to guarantee order fulfilment, product quality and on‑time delivery.
• Monitor market trends, client needs and competitor activity within the HORECA sector.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities and pipeline status in the CRM system.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and credit terms together with the Finance Department.
• Organise product tastings and trials, collaborating with the culinary team to tailor offerings.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and account performance reviews for management.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions and industry events to generate new leads.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in hospitality, food service or related sectors.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM sales tracking systems.
