Hospitality Staff – Restaurant Supervisor & Waitstaff Roles

About the role

ETO Group is seeking experienced hospitality professionals for front‑of‑house positions in its Dubai dining venues. Roles include Restaurant Supervisor, Head Waiter/Waitress and Senior Waiter/Waitress, responsible for delivering upscale guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Restaurant Supervisor: Direct daily floor operations, supervise waitstaff, maintain service quality standards, manage guest relations and handle operational escalations.
• Head Waiter/Waitress: Lead section service, guide junior servers, assist with table assignments and ensure prompt delivery of meals and beverages.
• Senior Waiter/Waitress: Take detailed guest orders, provide menu recommendations, execute food and beverage service, process bills and resolve guest inquiries.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar restaurant role.
• Full spoken and written fluency in both Russian and English.
• Currently residing in or available in the UAE for face‑to‑face interviews.
• Strong guest‑relation and floor‑supervision abilities.

• Estimated monthly salary range of AED 3,500 – AED 7,000, depending on the position.
