Hostess (Arabic Speaker) – Guest Services

About the role

Join the hospitality team at DoubleTree by Hilton Sharjah Waterfront Hotel & Residences as a Hostess who speaks Arabic. You will be the first point of contact for guests, creating warm, personalized impressions and ensuring every stay is memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the guest arrival and seating experience, delivering a warm first impression.
• Coordinate reservations, VIP arrivals, walk‑ins and table allocations to maintain smooth service flow.
• Anticipate guest needs, recognize preferences and provide personalized Hilton hospitality.
• Support the front‑of‑house team during busy periods while upholding service standards.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery promptly, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Coach team members on guest engagement, communication and service standards.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage, Kitchen and Front Office teams to ensure a seamless guest journey.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and identify opportunities to enhance the dining experience.
• Manage special occasions, VIP arrangements and guest requests with meticulous attention to detail.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (advantage).
• Current or previous hotel experience (advantage).
• Food & Beverage / Restaurant Operations training.
• Guest Service and Customer Experience training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
