About the role
As a Hostess at The WB™ Abu Dhabi, you will be the first point of contact for guests entering our dining outlets, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that brightens their day. You will represent Hilton’s award‑winning hospitality culture and help deliver memorable experiences for every visitor.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Escort guests to their tables or designated areas within the dining venue.
- Ensure each guest feels welcomed and valued throughout their visit.
- Maintain presentation standards of the entrance and lobby areas.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to brighten guests’ day through genuine interaction.
- Presentable appearance and strong customer‑focused mindset.
