Key responsibilities

• Serve as the elegant first point of contact, welcoming discerning guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage complex reservation systems and optimise table flow to maximise capacity without compromising service quality.
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests with discretion, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
• Liaise effectively with service staff and management to maintain high standards during peak hours and exclusive events.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years experience in a luxury hotel, fine dining, or high‑end lounge environment.
• Impeccable grooming and a poised, professional demeanor.
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, French, Russian, Mandarin are a strong plus.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, thriving in fast‑paced settings.
• Transferable UAE visa preferred for immediate onboarding.
