About the role

As the first point of contact for guests at Nobu by the Beach, you will create a welcoming atmosphere, manage the waiting list, guide guests to their tables and ensure a smooth departure. The role requires a friendly, efficient presence in a fast‑paced, luxury dining environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide accurate wait‑time information.
• Maintain and monitor the waiting list, updating guests regularly.
• Escort guests to their tables and coordinate with the service team.
• Bid farewell to guests, ensuring a positive final impression.
• Collaborate with colleagues to uphold high standards of service.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a luxury hotel or high‑end restaurant environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑moving, team‑oriented setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in guest handling and front‑of‑house procedures.
