Hostess – Luxury Hotel Dining Service

About the role

The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal is seeking a friendly and professional Hostess to welcome guests, manage seating, and ensure a seamless dining experience. This full‑time, on‑site position is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with guests in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, determine party size, and escort them to appropriate tables.
• Arrange chairs, place clean menus, and ensure each setting includes napkins, silverware, and other required items.
• Monitor dining room flow, maintain cleanliness, and adhere to safety and security policies.
• Assist guests with special seating needs and provide courteous service throughout their visit.
• Maintain a professional appearance, handle telephone inquiries, and support team members to achieve service standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
• Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Commitment to following company policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards.
