About the role

As the first point of contact for guests at Ling Ling, the flagship restaurant in Atlantis the Royal, you will create a welcoming atmosphere, manage the waiting list and guide guests to their tables. The role combines front‑of‑house hospitality with efficient service in a fast‑paced, luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide an accurate estimate of wait times.
• Maintain and monitor the waiting list, ensuring smooth flow of seating.
• Escort guests to their assigned tables and present menus.
• Bid farewell to guests, ensuring a positive final impression.
• Collaborate with the service team to support seamless operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a luxury hotel or high‑end restaurant front‑of‑house role.
• International exposure in a similar position is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑moving environment.
