About the role

Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts is seeking a friendly and attentive Hostess to join its Food & Beverage team at the Airport Road property in Dubai. As a Guest Service Expert, you will help create memorable dining experiences for guests by managing table settings, coordinating with the kitchen, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange tables, chairs, and dining areas according to service standards.
• Communicate guest orders to the kitchen and relay any special requests.
• Welcome guests, guide them to their seats, and provide menu information.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and ensure all service stations are stocked.
• Assist with light lifting, carrying and moving of items up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and perform routine physical tasks such as bending, twisting and reaching.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and navigate uneven or slippery surfaces safely.
