About the role
The Guest Environment Expert ensures that every area of the hotel delivers a memorable and unique experience for guests. This role goes beyond basic housekeeping, combining meticulous cleaning with proactive service to uphold the brand’s luxury standards.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of guest rooms, public spaces, and back‑of‑house areas.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, restock carts, and ensure all amenities are replenished.
- Follow safety protocols, company policies, and confidentiality standards at all times.
- Uphold quality standards, ensuring uniform, personal appearance, and professional communication.
- Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, lifting and moving objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and handle physical tasks safely.
- Commitment to a safe workplace, adherence to policies, and protection of guest confidentiality.
- Professional demeanor with attention to detail in appearance and communication.
