Hotel Cleanliness Expert – Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

As a Guest Environment Expert you will create memorable experiences for guests by ensuring every area of the hotel is spotless and welcoming. You will work across rooms and public spaces, responding to guest requests and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel, including guest rooms and public areas.
• Deliver guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Stock cleaning carts and supplies as needed.
• Follow all safety, company policies, and confidentiality procedures.
• Uphold quality standards and present a professional uniform and demeanor.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
