About the role

The Guest Environment Expert ensures every area of the hotel reflects the luxury standards of The Ritz‑Carlton. You will create memorable experiences by maintaining immaculate rooms and public spaces while responding promptly to guest requests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to brand standards.
• Deliver guest requests promptly, restock housekeeping carts, and manage inventory.
• Move throughout the property, lifting and carrying items up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Follow all safety, confidentiality, and quality procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the hotel’s service ethos.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
• Physical stamina to perform hands‑on tasks and lift up to 50 lb.
• Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to company policies.
