About the role

The Guest Environment Expert at Aloft Hotels ensures every guest experiences a clean, welcoming environment throughout the property. This full‑time position focuses on delivering high‑quality housekeeping services that enhance the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and turn guest rooms and public areas to brand standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and restock housekeeping carts.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all company policies.
• Uphold confidentiality, quality standards, and professional appearance at all times.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
• Physical capability to handle objects weighing ≤ 50 lb.
