About the role

The Guest Environment Expert ensures that all public areas of the hotel are clean, well‑maintained, and ready to deliver a memorable experience for guests. This full‑time position involves a hands‑on approach to housekeeping, supporting the overall appearance of the property.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all public spaces, including lobbies, corridors, and restrooms.
• Stock cleaning carts and replenish supplies as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests related to public area cleanliness.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines.
• Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication standards.
