Hotel Cleanliness Expert – Public Area Attendant

About the role

Join Marriott International’s Westin brand as a Hotel Cleanliness Expert, responsible for keeping public areas of the hotel spotless and welcoming. You will work in Dubai Marina, delivering a memorable guest experience through meticulous housekeeping and proactive service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of all public spaces, including lobbies, corridors, and guest areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
• Stock cleaning carts, replenish amenities, and support room‑cleaning teams as needed.
• Follow safety protocols, company policies, and confidentiality standards at all times.
• Uphold uniform standards, personal appearance, and professional communication.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting and moving objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
