Hotel Cleanliness Expert – Room Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a Hotel Cleanliness Expert (Room Attendant) to join our Westin hotel in Dubai Marina. In this role you will help create memorable guest experiences by ensuring every guest room and public area is spotless, well‑stocked and welcoming.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms and public spaces according to brand standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, replenish supplies and restock housekeeping carts.
• Maintain safety and hygiene protocols, follow company policies and protect guest confidentiality.
• Uphold quality standards for appearance, uniform and professional communication.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting and moving objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
