We are seeking a dynamic Hotel Department Manager to lead operations at one of Dubai's premier luxury hotels. The role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in hospitality management and a proven record of enhancing guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all departmental operations, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, and cost control for the department.
• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Implement and monitor quality standards, health & safety, and compliance procedures.
• Collaborate with other hotel leaders to drive overall property performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the luxury hotel sector.
• Demonstrated ability to improve guest satisfaction scores and operational efficiency.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing departmental budgets.
