About the role
The Hotel Driver (Runner) ensures guests and associates receive the items they need, when they need them, contributing to a memorable and seamless hospitality experience at our Dubai property.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver items directly to guest rooms and public areas.
- Provide support to housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants, front office and other departments.
- Transport, lift, push, pull and place objects up to 55 lb without assistance.
- Navigate narrow, confined, elevated spaces and service ramps, including stairs.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, and uphold confidentiality and quality standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience or professional licenses needed.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach overhead and below the knees for extended periods.
