Hotel Manager – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead one of Jumeirah’s flagship properties in Dubai. The role combines hands‑on operational oversight with strategic leadership to deliver the brand’s luxury guest experience and financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all hotel operations with a visible, hands‑on approach, ensuring seamless execution of strategic priorities.
• Partner with the Senior Hotel Leadership team to shape and implement commercial and revenue strategies.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable annual business plans across all departments.
• Maintain active on‑the‑floor leadership, upholding service standards and operational discipline.
• Champion an elevated guest‑experience culture by monitoring feedback and enhancing service delivery.
• Build, lead and develop high‑performing teams through coaching, performance management and succession planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years (120 months) of progressive hospitality management experience.
• Proven commercial and financial acumen in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong operational leadership and performance‑management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue, occupancy and profitability.
• Experience leading large, diverse teams and fostering talent development.
