Hotel Security Supervisor

About the role

The Hotel Security Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the safety of guests, staff, and property at Fairmont Heritage Place in Dubai. Reporting directly to the Cluster Director of Security or Assistant Security Manager, the role blends security expertise with a service‑oriented hospitality mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise on‑duty security personnel, ensuring high performance and adherence to SOPs.
• Act as the hotel’s representative on security matters, protecting guests, staff, and assets.
• Provide a welcoming presence, greeting guests, offering assistance, and guiding them within the property.
• Promote a courteous “gentleman” image rather than a traditional officer stance.
• Train new security officers, conduct regular briefings, and perform patrols of the entire building.
• Enforce discipline, report incidents, and ensure officers are fit for duty.
• Assist other departments with non‑security services to enhance overall guest experience.
• Maintain accurate records, update SOP examinations, and conduct investigations as needed.
