Housekeeping Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Housekeeping Administrator to manage the administrative functions of the housekeeping department at JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai. The role ensures accurate payroll processing, inventory control, and timely reporting to support smooth departmental operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, transfers, overtime, and sick pay.
• Process payroll adjustments, verify payroll registers, and archive records according to company and legal guidelines.
• Handle employee and manager inquiries related to payroll and vacation tracking.
• Prepare monthly invoices for labor suppliers, monitor expense forms, and record monthly accruals.
• Manage purchase orders, place supply orders, and follow up with vendors to resolve delivery issues.
• Maintain inventory levels, complete requisition forms, and alert supervisors of low stock.
• Support the housekeeping team by responding to associate requests and assisting with departmental projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience in a similar administrative role within hospitality.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work under pressure and interact with diverse cultures.
• Graduate level education.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with OPERA property management system.
• Computer literate with strong multitasking abilities.
