About the role

The Housekeeping Ambassador II plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience within a 5‑star hotel environment. Acting as a brand representative, the ambassador ensures that every guest feels welcomed and valued from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional guest experience throughout the journey, delivering flawless dining and hospitality service.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of rooms, public areas, floors, lift landings, corridors and pantries according to hotel standards.
• Conduct all operational housekeeping tasks while adhering to service standards and procedures.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, take orders timely, and deliver services efficiently.
• Prevent complaints, manage service recovery, and communicate proactively with fellow ambassadors.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role at a 5‑star hotel.
• Proven experience in housekeeping or related hospitality functions.
• Proficiency in English language.
• High school diploma or higher secondary education.
