About the role

The Housekeeping Ambassador II plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience within a 5‑star hotel environment. Acting as a brand representative, the ambassador ensures that every guest feels welcomed and valued from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

Ensure exceptional guest experience throughout the journey, delivering flawless dining and hospitality service.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of rooms, public areas, floors, lift landings, corridors and pantries according to hotel standards.
Conduct all operational housekeeping tasks while adhering to service standards and procedures.
Respond promptly to guest requests, take orders timely, and deliver services efficiently.
Prevent complaints, manage service recovery, and communicate proactively with fellow ambassadors.

Required profile

Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role at a 5‑star hotel.
Proven experience in housekeeping or related hospitality functions.
Proficiency in English language.
High school diploma or higher secondary education.
