Housekeeping Attendant – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join our Dubai hotel team. You will ensure guest rooms and public areas are spotless, well‑stocked and ready for guests, contributing directly to a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards, ensuring all areas meet quality expectations.
• Stock and organise housekeeping trolleys with amenities, cleaning supplies and fresh linens before each shift.
• Inspect rooms, report maintenance issues and handle guest service requests with professionalism.
• Follow Lost and Found procedures, respect “Do Not Disturb” signs and maintain guest privacy.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities to provide accurate information to guests.
• Conduct end‑of‑shift inspections, store equipment safely and communicate handover information to incoming staff.
• Adhere to health, safety and sanitation protocols at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, preferably in a 5‑star or upscale property.
• Proactive mindset with meticulous attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work under pressure while remaining composed and professional.
• Strong physical stamina for manual cleaning tasks.

Required skills

• Knowledge of hotel housekeeping standards and procedures.
• Familiarity with Lost and Found documentation.
• Understanding of health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
