Housekeeping Attendant – Full-Time

About the role

Accor is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join its Dubai hotel team. You will ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards, contributing to a memorable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Clean floors, walls, furniture and cupboards in guest rooms.
• Clean patio areas and associated furniture.
• Sanitize guest bathrooms and restock linen and amenities.
• Collect and dispose of garbage from all receptacles.
• Strip and remake beds according to hotel standards.
• Clean and check lamps, light fixtures and ice buckets.
• Check and replace hotel collateral and stationery as needed.
• Attend to extra guest requests and promptly report any defects or maintenance issues.
• Maintain tidy trolleys, cubby holes and corridors, ensuring all linen caddies are returned to their proper positions.
• Provide courteous, professional service to guests and staff at all times.

Required profile

• Prior experience as a housekeeping attendant.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Well‑presented and professionally groomed.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
