Housekeeping Attendant – Hotel Guest Room Cleaner

About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant ensures that guest rooms and public areas of the hotel are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Working under the supervision of the housekeeping team, you will contribute directly to guest satisfaction and the overall reputation of the property.

Key responsibilities

• Collect room keys and daily assignments, prepare the trolley with all necessary cleaning equipment.
• Clean and replenish guest rooms, following the hotel’s Standards of Performance for linens, amenities and overall appearance.
• Sanitize and restock bathrooms, adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.
• Arrange guest belongings neatly while performing room and bathroom cleaning.
• Coordinate with Valet Service to collect guest laundry, dry‑cleaning or pressing items.
• Maintain cleanliness of corridors, service pantries and other service areas, ensuring a professional environment.
• Report any maintenance issues to the Engineering Department promptly.
• Observe environmental, health and safety policies throughout all tasks.

Required profile
