About the role
The Housekeeping Attendant will ensure guest rooms and suites are cleaned, replenished and prepared to One&Only standards. Working at One&Only The Palm, you will contribute to a seamless, high‑quality guest experience in a luxury resort environment.
Key responsibilities
- Report for duty punctually and adhere to grooming standards.
- Attend daily briefings and follow resort procedures.
- Clean, replenish and turn‑down guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Maintain cleaning trolley placement to keep corridors safe.
- Use and maintain chemicals, supplies and housekeeping equipment.
- Follow key control, health and safety, and loss‑and‑found policies.
- Report malfunctioning tools, room issues, and unusual guest behavior to supervisors and engineering.
Required profile
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Professional appearance as per hotel policy.
- Ability to attend briefings and follow written procedures.
- Knowledge of guest‑room layout, corridors and storage areas.
- Attention to health, safety and security protocols.
