Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

Join the Housekeeping team at Jumeirah Al Naseem, a luxury resort in Dubai, as a Housekeeping Attendant. You will help maintain the high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort that define the Jumeirah brand.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain personal appearance and punctuality, wearing the correct uniform and delivering courteous service.
• Keep assigned rooms, corridors, back‑of‑house areas, stairways and service pantries clean and safe, reporting any defects to team leaders.
• Ensure housekeeping equipment is cleaned, maintained and in good working order.
• Follow fire, hygiene, health and safety policies, including emergency procedures.
• Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
• Stock and organize supplies to guarantee adequate provision for guests.
• Refresh towels, linen, toiletries and room amenities to create a comfortable environment.
• Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Housekeeping Attendant in a 5‑star hotel or equivalent.
• High school diploma or a formal housekeeping training certificate.
• Effective communication in English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of housekeeping cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to maintain equipment and follow safety procedures.
