Housekeeping Manager – Dubai Business Bay

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping and laundry teams at the Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay. The role ensures the highest standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction and operational efficiency across 275 rooms and 120 serviced apartments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coach and develop a team dedicated to exceptional housekeeping and laundry standards.
• Inspect public areas, rooms, suites, equipment and linen to exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain and order supplies and equipment while minimizing waste in line with green initiatives.
• Assist in preparing budgets and controlling costs to maximise profitability.
• Handle special requests for guests, VIPs, repeat visitors and VIP Club members.
• Support deep‑cleaning projects and provide hands‑on assistance during busy periods.
• Educate staff on compliance with local laws, IHG brand standards and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of managerial experience in hospitality.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Business language proficiency and familiarity with relevant tools.
