Housekeeping Public Area Attendant – Residential Property

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Public Area Attendant to join the team at a prestigious residential property in Dubai. The successful candidate will help maintain the high‑end standards of cleanliness and presentation expected by our luxury guests and residents.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, corridors, elevators, staircases and restrooms.
• Dust, polish and keep all surfaces, furniture and decorative features immaculate.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies; report any maintenance issues.
• Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health and safety regulations.
• Respond promptly to residents’ requests and report incidents or irregularities to the supervisor.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Previous experience in housekeeping or public‑area cleaning, preferably in a hotel or residential setting.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑friendly attitude.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
