About the role

Join Shangri‑La Dubai, a premier luxury hotel, as a Housekeeping Room Attendant. You will bring the Asian art of hospitality to life, ensuring every guest room is immaculate and welcoming.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and supply all assigned areas according to hotel standards.
• Organise, restore and restock guest rooms and other hotel areas.
• Follow compliance with approved cleaning techniques and chemicals.
• Collaborate closely with housekeeping colleagues and other departments to deliver seamless guest service.
• Promptly report maintenance needs, lost‑and‑found items, and any unusual situations to supervisors.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a 5‑star luxury hotel in a similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, speak and understand English.
• Positive and friendly attitude towards guests and team members.

Required skills

• Knowledge of professional cleaning techniques.
• Proficiency in the safe use of cleaning chemicals.
