Housekeeping Supervisor – Dubai

About the role

The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations for its 275 rooms and 120 serviced apartments. You will ensure high standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and team performance in a fast‑paced, luxury‑hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach housekeeping staff during each shift, conducting briefings and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with all housekeeping Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless service delivery and address guest requests.
• Monitor guest satisfaction through personalized touches such as towel art, notes, and social‑media engagement.
• Assist the Housekeeping Manager with budgeting, cost‑control initiatives, and operational savings.
• Promote teamwork, quality service, and community engagement activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel housekeeping supervision or a similar leadership role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Attention to detail with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Understanding of health, safety, and security standards in a hospitality setting.
