Housekeeping Supervisor / Housekeeping Associate – Dubai

About the role

Best Western Premier Dubai is seeking motivated individuals to join its housekeeping team as either a Supervisor or an Associate. The roles focus on delivering high‑standard cleanliness and guest service across guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, corridors and public areas to ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness standards.
• Supervise and schedule room attendants, monitor inventory of linens and cleaning supplies.
• Train junior staff on housekeeping procedures, safety protocols and proper chemical usage.
• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned guest rooms, change linens, replenish amenities and maintain housekeeping carts.
• Deep‑clean public areas, restrooms and back‑of‑house spaces, and promptly address guest requests and maintenance issues.

Required profile

• High school diploma or hotel management qualification.
• Proven passion for hospitality and quality service standards.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with physical stamina.
• Strong teamwork and guest‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Familiarity with commercial cleaning products.
• Knowledge of chemical handling safety protocols.
• Experience using floor‑care equipment and adhering to hotel sanitation standards.
